View Event Criteria
An event is classified as something that is regarded as a ‘happening’, especially one of some importance, and occurs in a certain place and/or during a particular interval of time. It is not a product or service that is offered normally or regularly.
Events must be submitted by a Chamber partner, be held at a partner venue, and/or in the Sedona-Verde Valley region. Non-partner events are limited to four submissions a month.
A special offer, promotion, or deal should be submitted to either ShopinSedona.com (Available to all Chamber partners) or on the Special Offers (embed link) page (Special Offers are available only to Tourism Bureau partners), not as an event.
Descriptions are limited to 500 characters including spaces.
Please fill out the event submission page as completely as possible.
After an event submission is completed, the event will be sent to a chamber representative for approval or denial. When approved, event posting will be live within 48 hours. If denied, you will be informed of the reason, but we recommend you keep a copy of your submission information since event information will not be saved in the online system.
DO NOT USE ALL CAPS AT ANY POINT. YOUR EVENT WILL BE DENIED AND DATA WILL NOT BE SAVED.
